Free Taka (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", "us") is an online gaming and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. By accessing this website or using any of its services, you are deemed to have voluntarily accepted the following terms and conditions.

To create an account on Free Taka, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

• You are registering voluntarily and under your own name.
• All information provided is completely truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• Each individual may operate one account only.
• Creating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or bank account is strictly prohibited.

For account verification purposes, Free Taka may request your National ID or other government-issued documents. Withdrawal limits may apply until the KYC (Know Your Customer) process is complete.

Keeping your account password and login credentials confidential is entirely your responsibility. Accounts must not be shared with anyone. If you suspect your account has been hacked or accessed without authorisation, contact Free Taka Support immediately.

All deposits and withdrawals on Free Taka are processed exclusively through Bangladeshi mobile banking methods. bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are currently supported.

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit amount is BDT 100.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking number registered in your own name.
• Depositing through a third party may result in account closure.

Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 300.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Daily withdrawals will be limited until KYC is completed.
• To withdraw from your bonus balance, you must meet the specified wagering requirements.
• Free Taka reserves the right to hold any withdrawal suspected of fraud.

Free Taka offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus carries its own specific terms. By claiming a bonus, you are deemed to have accepted the conditions attached to it.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members only, once on their first deposit. No individual may claim more than one welcome bonus.
• Wagering Requirements: To withdraw a bonus, you must complete the required turnover multiple of the bonus amount (typically 5x–20x).
• Validity: Every bonus has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• Game Restrictions: Certain bonuses are only redeemable on specific games or sections.
• Maximum Bonus: Each promotion has a maximum bonus cap. Any amount beyond that will not be added.

Free Taka reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend any promotion at any time. In the event of any dispute relating to a promotion, Free Taka's decision shall be final.

All Sports Betting, casino games, fish games, and bingo on Free Taka are subject to their own specific rules. The general rules are outlined below:

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and may vary from game to game.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (some exceptions may apply in live betting).
• If any match is postponed or cancelled in Sports Betting, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error or system outage, Free Taka will take appropriate action.
• All casino games and slots operate entirely on RNG. Results are completely random.
• Free Taka reserves the right to investigate any unusual patterns detected in any game.

Free Taka offers competitive odds and payout rates. However, the Return to Player (RTP) rate varies by game type. RTP information for each game is available in the respective game description.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Free Taka and will result in immediate account closure:

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Creating an account using a false identity or another person's information.
• Placing coordinated bets with the intent to abuse bonuses or promotions.
• Attempting to hack, manipulate, or cheat the gaming system.
• Depositing funds of illegal origin or engaging in money laundering.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Stealing another member's information or gaining unauthorised access to their account.
• Conducting a cyberattack or DDoS attack against the platform.

A dedicated Free Taka team monitors for fraud around the clock. If any suspicious activity is detected, the account may be temporarily suspended pending completion of an investigation.

Free Taka is deeply committed to responsible gaming. We believe gaming is meant for entertainment, not hardship. We therefore ask all users to keep the following in mind:

Free Taka reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• If the terms and conditions are violated.
• If evidence of fraud or dishonest activity is found.
• If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.
• Failure to complete KYC or submission of fraudulent documents.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• At the user's own request.

In the event of account closure, we will endeavour to return any valid balance (excluding bonuses). However, if an account is closed due to fraud, all balances will be forfeited.

To voluntarily close your account, please contact the support team. If you have a remaining balance, withdraw it first and then submit your closure request.

If you are dissatisfied with any betting result, payment, or account-related matter, please follow the process below:

1. First Step: Contact support chat directly to report the issue. Most problems are resolved right there.
2. Second Step: If your issue remains unresolved via support chat, submit a formal complaint by email. Attach all relevant screenshots and supporting evidence.
3. Third Step: Free Taka will respond to complaints within 5 business days of receipt.
4. Final Decision: Following an investigation, Free Taka's decision will be considered final.

Free Taka reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. You will be notified of any changes upon your first login after they take effect.

For major changes (such as payment policy or bonus structure), advance notice will be sent to your registered email where possible. However, this is not mandatory.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any legal disputes shall be settled in the courts of Bangladesh.
